Bench Press 2 warm up sets followed by 3 Pyramid Sets(Increase the weight, drop the reps)

Conditioning- 25lb weighted vest and Elevation Mask
4 Rounds
10 Pullups
10 Single Arm Dumbbell Snatches(each arm)
10 Burpee Box Jumps
10 GHD Situps
